Beautiful Sunshine Rose Ohio Special Needs State Pageant system was created to highlight children and adults special abilities. Our goal is to build leardership, confidence, self-esteem. and making lasting friendship and being a sisterhood/brotherhood to one another, we are also a system striving to work hard to allow each contestant to do our pageant for free as we are now a non-profit organization along with the national pageant. We strive to make things easier for our contestants and families.

Will set a day to meet in person that will work for all parents and contestants for mini photo shoot.info will bd update on application soon.BSSR refund policy is now void with the state and national pageant.
